I second that. congrats all. its a different feeling going state side and doing well. I also told dad, to go down to the states at shows like the ohio national, Indy, or Hutch and even place a bird top 3 shows you've done something!
A job well done gang, looking forward to seeing those winners in a few weeks.

I was a first timer to a big US show last weekend with my Silkies. It was a grand experience for sure! I was pleased with our results as well! decent sized class's too!
Buff Pullet Best of Variety, Splash Pullet Reserve Variety Blue Cockerel First in class
Our whites did not place, one tag had a -B on it. have to work towards mastering my conditioning skills. Also the quality of the whites shown by P&G silkies was OUTSTANDING. hen won reserve featherleg. we are a long way off from being competitive at this level lol, So glad I went. Congrats to all the Canadians who represented!

Well Mark and I made the journey down with a load of birds a did pretty good. Japs Black....BV and BB...pullet Brown Red BV and Champion AOC Jap...pullet Black Tailed White... RV ...pullet Black Tailed Buff...RV pullet
Brahmas Buff Pullet was 1st in a class of I think 18 or 16 pullets 2nd light cockeral 3rd light pullet
Was a realy good show and I had a blast whatching my little Black pullet hang in there to be the last removed in the decision for reserve SCCL in a tough group of birds.
