Looking through my APA book before school today, and saw the Chocolate Runners.... Has anyone seen them around? I've never seen a chocolate runner at a show before....

State side yes. Non (of quality) I know in Canada. Much like the chocolate calls, the actual chocolate color varies, you will see some very good examples of the color and some very very lousy.
Chocolates are a nice project bird. I have seen some improvement on blacks (both sides of border) and also some fawn and whites and penciled rival whites at some major shows.
I have a buddy of mine working on buff actually.
Should be interesting to see what combos arise from the pens.
Best of luck on search Daniel. I know this fall there is a major waterfowl show in Minnesota and there is always some really really good runners there. Something to ponder.

ooooo Minnesota... I think I should have a G2 license by then...Might have to see if my parents will let me go for a little tour. hahaha
I have seen some decent fawns around, but nothing like the whites. I think I might look into a chocolate project. Now the hunt is on.

Daniel, If you are looking for some chocolate runners, contact Woodsy I saw some running around at his place yesterday. I did not ask him if he would part with some of them, but I figured I would give you the info. Cheers

I have 5 chocolate runners. They are still very young but show a lot of promise. They come out of very good SQ stock. I bred them myself. Andrew Greene in the maritimes also has chocolate.
Hope this helps! Woodsy
